Our Story
From a Life in Golf to Building Something Different
Golf has been more than a game for me for a long time. It has been my career, my community, and the business I’ve spent more than a decade learning from the inside out.
I’ve had the opportunity to work across nearly every side of golf operations, including serving as Director of Operations at Hyde Park Golf Club and later as Director of Golf at Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club.
Those experiences taught me more than how to run tournaments or operate a golf course. They taught me what keeps people coming back to the game. It’s the competition. The relationships. The challenge of getting better. The group you play with every week. The stories after the round. The feeling of being part of a place where people know your name.
Those experiences have also shown me where the traditional golf experience can fall short. Weather gets in the way. Time gets in the way. Practice can become repetitive. Younger golfers want something more social. Experienced players want better technology and feedback. Businesses need better ways to entertain clients and employees. And sometimes people simply want to enjoy golf without committing half of their day to playing 18 holes.
That’s where the idea for Fore Motion Golf began.
I didn’t want to create another room with a few golf simulators in it. I wanted to take everything I had learned about golf operations, hospitality, competition, events, and community and build a more modern version of the golf clubhouse.
A place where someone can come in for a serious TrackMan practice session one afternoon and return with friends for drinks and a closest-to-the-pin competition that evening.
A place where experienced golfers feel at home, but someone picking up a club for the first time feels just as welcome.
A place built around the parts of golf that bring people together.
That idea became Fore Motion Golf.

The Fore Motion Golf Story
Fore Motion Golf was created around a simple idea: The game shouldn’t stop when you leave the course.
We are transforming the former DMV in Orange Park into a modern golf, social, and lifestyle destination built for the way people experience the game today.
At the center of FMG are four TrackMan simulator bays, giving golfers access to world-class technology for practice, virtual golf, games, leagues, competitions, and instruction.
But the simulators are only part of the story.
FMG is being designed as a place to spend time.
A place to grab a drink after work. Meet friends for a round. Practice for an hour. Watch a game. Join a league. Compete in a closest-to-the-pin night. Bring clients. Celebrate a birthday. Take a lesson. Introduce someone new to golf.
We want serious golfers to have the tools they need to improve while creating an environment that makes the game approachable, social, and fun for everyone else.
That balance is at the heart of what we are building.

Those three words represent the Fore Motion Golf experience.

Built for Orange Park
Fore Motion Golf is being built here because we believe this community deserves a golf experience like this.
Our goal isn’t simply to open an indoor golf facility.
It’s to create a destination that becomes part of the local golf community, somewhere golfers, families, businesses, friends, and people who are simply curious about the game can come together year-round.
We are building FMG from the ground up, and we want the people who support us early to feel like they were genuinely part of that beginning.
This is only the first chapter.
